On April 24th, the FORCITIS 20th Anniversary Celebration concluded perfectly amidst laughter and joy.

This grand event was a testament to team cohesion, a reflection on past achievements, and a professional exchange looking ahead to the future of the industry. From vibrant team-building activities to a warm and moving gala dinner, from the grand release of an industry white paper to insightful professional forums, every segment showcased FORCITIS's unique character of "professionalism, vitality, and warmth."

Team Building

On a bright and sunny morning, FORCITIS colleagues gathered to embark on a challenging and fun team-building event. Together, they completed a giant oil painting, stroke by stroke, piecing together a magnificent landscape representing FORCITIS.

In the afternoon, in the lush outdoors, everyone broke departmental boundaries, divided into different groups, and successively met the challenges of the outdoor activities.

"Out of the Ordinary"tested teamwork and adaptability, with each relay igniting sparks of wisdom."Giant Volleyball"brought everyone together, feeling the perfect blend of high-fives and strength."Crossing the River Together"pushed trust and cooperation to the extreme, with every concerted effort bringing hearts closer.

Sweat and laughter intertwined, applause and cheers were constant. A special anniversary team-building event brought everyone closer and made the team warmer.

This is the spirit of FORCITIS people – positive, upward-looking, and determined – and it's the truest side of this big family.

Forum

As a highlight of the celebration, FORCITIS's fifth white paper,"Value Co-creation and Industry Development Report on Facade Design for 'Good Houses' in China,"was officially released.

Wang Xiaojun, President of the Aluminum Doors, Windows, and Curtain Walls Branch and the Curtain Wall Design and Consulting Branch of the China Association of Metal Structure, delivered a speech for the white paper release, highly praising FORCITIS's contributions to industry standard development and technical expertise.

FORCITIS founder Du Yedong then delivered a speech, reflecting on the company's original intention of twenty years of deep cultivation in facade and lighting fields, and looking forward to the value direction of facade design in the era of"Good Houses."

Moderated by Wei Wenmei, founder and chairman of DBW Architects, FORCITIS Deputy Chief Engineer Wan Jinquan first took the stage.He systematically interpreted the value logic, technical points, and full-process quality control system of"Good House"facade design, focusing on the core content of the white paper.

Subsequently, guests including Sun Wei, Exterior Design Director of Wanhua Investment Group, Jie Weng,Global Board Partner of Woods Bagot,and computational design expert Zhao Jiabao, and Ling Kege, Chief Architect of DU SHE Architects, shared cutting-edge concepts and implementation experiences of "Good House"facade design from dimensions such as real estate practice, international perspective, digital design, and operation-oriented approaches.

In the subsequent roundtable discussion, guests including Huang Qi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Architectural Society of China, Wang Weiqi from SOM Architects, Zhang Pei from Wanhua Investment Group, Chen Gang, Partner at GAD, and Lin Wei, Senior Expert from C&D Properties, shared cutting-edge insights and practical experiences from dimensions such as urban renewal,"good house"standards, long-termism, and high-end residential quality control.

The guests unanimously agreed that facade design has become the core expression of "good house" product power, and systematic full-process management is the fundamental guarantee for quality implementation. At the same time, the guests also offered valuable suggestions for FORCITIS's future development from their respective professional perspectives.

The release of this white paper is a systematic review of FORCITIS's twenty years of industry expertise and provides a referable and actionable consensus for "good house" facade design.

Gala Dinner

As night fell and the lights came on, a warm and grand anniversary gala dinner began. The meticulously decorated venue was splendid, with every detail showcasing FORCITIS's sincere gratitude to all guests.

At the beginning of the dinner, FORCITIS founder Du Yeliang emotionally recounted the company's twenty-year development journey. These twenty years saw highlights and lows, persistence and breakthroughs. His words conveyed gratitude to FORCITIS people, appreciation to partners, and expectations for the future of the industry.

He also expressed his hopes for the new generation of FORCITIS people: the road ahead requires your continued struggle.

From the awarding of "Values Spokesperson" to five-year, ten-year, and twenty-year service awards, from the warm interaction of"Mentorship Gratitude"to the 20th-anniversary cake-cutting ceremony–every honor, every bow, every entrustment conveyed the perseverance and legacy of FORCITIS people.

Wonderful performances were staged in rotation, from vibrant dances to heartfelt songs, all showcasing the multifaceted talents of FORCITIS employees.

Most moving were the employees who grew with the company and accompanied it all the way. Their stories inspired everyone present, making them truly feel that FORCITIS is a place with warmth, a common home for a group of people.

The successful conclusion of the FORCITIS 20th Anniversary Celebration is not only a tribute to the glorious achievements of the past two decades but also a beautiful vision for future development.
