Entering Hall 9.2, crowds surged and the atmosphere was lively. The PLAY, a high-end residential design trend exhibition area, is undoubtedly a major focus of this year's Construction Expo. This not only showcases the future high-end residential design concepts and exquisite craftsmanship represented by the Wanhua Luhu Ecological City series of boutique projects, but also holds the "2025HDT High end Residential Design Trend Conference" (July 8-10, Hall 9.2 A1-9 Forum Area), gathering top design masters, real estate elites, and expert scholars from around the world to explore the future prospects of high-end residential design from multiple dimensions such as international perspective, Eastern narrative, value definition, artistic and cultural aesthetics, functional evolution, and technological applications.

Immersed in a carefully crafted exhibition space, viewers can immerse themselves in the exquisite fusion of architectural aesthetics and engineering technology, and feel the sensory shock brought by material innovation and space creation.

In the "Extreme Exploration in the Heart" section of this exhibition, FORCITIS focuses on presenting two star benchmark projects in collaboration with Wanhua Group: Luhu Honghu Que (C19) and Luhu Heiting Island (B2), showcasing how we use cutting-edge BIM technology to transform challenging architectural ideas into constructible, collaborative, and traceable engineering realities.

As we emphasized at the booth, "BIM is a precise coupling of rationality and imagination for complex surfaces. When architecture breaks free from geometric conventions and interprets visual wonders through curved surfaces, irregular shapes, and multi-dimensional overlapping structures, its implementation is a precise spatial weaving.

FORCITIS is the "digital enabler" of this weaving process, translating the imaginative language of form into a constructible, collaborative, and traceable engineering technology poem, so that every exploration of the boundaries of form is rooted in the solid soil of digital infrastructure.

During this trip to the Guangzhou Construction Expo, FORCITIS vividly demonstrated how the architectural wonders of "extreme outside" are rooted in the deep cultivation of "exploration in the heart" technology, based on the Luhu Honghu Que and Heitie Island. We use the precise coupling of BIM technology to deconstruct complexity, safeguard creativity, and confirm that technology is the golden key to unlocking infinite possibilities in architecture. This pursuit of millimeter level precision and steadfast commitment to innovative value is the unchanging brand core of FORCITIS.
