Zhonghai Nanhai No. 3 Courtyard is located in the core area of Haikou Bay, Haikou. Its design inspiration is drawn from the streamlined shape of the Feidi Star luxury yacht and the luxurious genes of Shangri La Hotel. The project plan covers both Western style houses and high-rise circular curtain products, and the first Western style house achieved a sales revenue of 1 billion yuan. The design highlights include the fa ç ade of the public building aluminum plate glass curtain wall, Hainan's first "2+8" three-dimensional clubhouse system, and approximately 16000 square meters of Singapore style three-dimensional gardens. The project is jointly created by top design units such as CCD and PTA Shanghai Botao, and introduces the "Song SONG" high-end service system of Zhonghai Property.
