Changsha China Merchants Xu Demonstration Zone is a premium residential flagship project developed by China Merchants Shekou, fully embodying the national “Good Home” standards—safety, comfort, sustainability, and intelligence. Forcitis Building Technology Co., Ltd. served as the façade and lighting design consultant, deeply engaging from concept through to implementation. Centered on an integrated façade design approach, the project incorporates advanced technologies including high-performance curtain wall systems, double-silver insulating glass, oversized glass panels, fire-stopping systems, and curved aluminum sunshading louvers—achieving a harmonious balance among structural safety, aesthetic elegance, and energy efficiency. Innovative materials such as honeycomb luxury stone, digitally printed stone-effect laminated glass, and metal-mesh composite glass were applied to the façade, complemented by precision façade detailing and architectural lighting to create a refined, eco-conscious arrival experience. Through meticulous façade engineering management and interdisciplinary collaboration, Forcitis helped the project earn the title of “Top 10 Luxe-Lite Residential Projects of 2025,” setting a new benchmark for high-end residential façade design in the Hunan region.
